THE Chairman of Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, has disclosed that the council plans to build a new Primary Healthcare Centre in Egan area, while the existing 15-year-old structure that had been overwhelmed by wear and tear.
