This upgraded Primary Health Centre was achieved by the Akinsanya-led administration in collaboration with some international NGOs.

The vehicle presented to the SLG was a Toyota Highlander Jeep 2016. 

Akinsanya stated that the ongoing clearing and dredging of all drainage channels across the communities will continue to prepare for the rainy season. 

The children, a girl and two boys between the ages of two and four years were locked inside a room by their grandmother.

Late Alhaja Rabiat Akanke Akinsanya nee Ige died on Wednesday, April 10 and was buried on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

The event is scheduled for Thursday, April 18, 2024, by 7:00 am, and the meeting point is at the Igando BRT Bus Stop.

Akinsanya has restated his commitment to the overall development of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA.

"There is a need for deliberate action to link budgetary provisions with the plan, and I urge the State Government to ensure synergy among executing Agencies of Government to realise the ideals of every physical development plan in Lagos State."- Ayuba.

During the inauguration, the CDC Chairman called for cooperation between the Joint CDA and the CDC Executives from the Ward.
