With Romelu Lukaku expected to return to Chelsea this week, and Roma's Edin Dzeko move to San Siro to replace Lukaku, Roma has targeted Tammy Abraham as a replacement.
Reports suggest that Chelsea have agreed to a deal of £34 Million for Tammy Abraham submitted by Jose Mourinho.
Despite registering their interest on Saturday, Roma has beaten the likes of Arsenal, West Ham, and Aston Villa to secure the 23 years old.
Abraham, who still trained with the Chelsea squad on Monday will be offered wages in the region of £130,000 per week at the Italian club.
