FOR over a week now, the residents of Obadore-Akesan in the Igando-Ikotun LCDA of Alimosho LGA have decried what they describe as a poor network service from one of the most popular telecoms provider in Nigeria, MTN NG.
According to information gathered by a correspondent of Alimoshotoday, the residents said they have not been able to make use of their data or access the internet, especially during the night hours.
An embittered resident who pleaded anonymity said; "If you notice, when it gets to 7 pm, you can hardly use your data on MTN and during the day it is sometimes slow. MTN should improve their service around here, we are not enjoying it."
Another resident, who said he is considering getting a router of a different network, complained that, at times, calls do not go through, in addition to the regular glitches he experiences in internet connectivity.
