A leading real estate company situated in the Igando LCDA of Alimosho Local Government Area in Lagos State, Ilu Oba International Ltd on Thursday, September 29, 2022, celebrated her 3rd year anniversary in class and glamour, with the unveiling of four brand ambassadors and a new estate location.
Welcoming guests to the event, the MD/CEO of Ilu Oba International, Mr Michael Adepoju thanked God for the success of the firm which he said has come a long way to get to the enviable height it has achieved in 3 years.
To mark the anniversary, Mr Adepoju announced a 30% discount on all estates in fast-growing locations in Lagos and Ogun States, on the condition of outright payment.
Unveiling the brand new Neo and Neo Estate, which is located at Igando-Oloja and Ibeju-Lekki, tagged, the Lekki Coastal City Residential Scheme, the MD also said the lands would be given out on a 50% initial deposit fee, with the balance to be spread over a period of time convenient for the client.
While encouraging those present to invest in landed properties regardless of the location, Ilu Oba assured that as part of his company’s people-friendly policy, there will be no interest placed on land acquisition, if the balance payment is to be spread, adding that this was to encourage more people to be land owners and achieve more client-satisfaction.
Land prices in the newly launched Neo and Neo Estate range between #14.5 million for a residential mini plot and #30.5 million for a premium plot to be used for commercial purposes.
Speaking on how the company has fared over the years, the Executive Director and wife of the MD, Mrs Onome Adepoju admitted that the 3-year journey has been tough for them. She also recounted how they had to struggle with low patronage as they found ways to source for funds to fully start up.
Mrs Adepoju equally acknowledged the contribution of investors who believed in Ilu Oba to cater for their property needs and the staff for their support and dedication to the firm over the years.
Also, as part of the anniversary, the real estate company also unveiled its four new brand ambassadors to boost sales and project the image of Ilu Oba to greater heights. They are drawn from both the creative and entertainment industry.
They are Lois Omemegie, James Alexander (MC Oyiko), Anudi Henry and Adegbite Stephen. At the unveiling, the MD said that the deal with each ambassador is worth over #4.5 million in landed properties and other packages associated with the partnership.
Also, one Mr Adegbite Kayode received as a gift from the company, a 300 square meters mini plot at the Atan (Phase 2) estate of Ilu Oba located in Ogun State.
In addition to the newly launched Neo and Neo Estate, Ilu Oba also has 5 estate locations namely Royal Arena Estate, Ruby’s Gate Estate, Royal Lux Estate, and Royal Gardens Estate. The Lagos estates are in Ibeju-Lekki, Badagry, Igando, and Ikorodu, while those in Ogun State are in Ifo, Sagamu, Ofada, Atan and Ewekoro.
