THE Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA) officer in the Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Mr Oladipo Idowu, has paid a visit to the council area’s Community Development Committee (CDC) Executive Officers during their meeting at the council secretariat to address them on the need for them to visit the LASRRA office for the review or upgrade of their LASRRA registration.
During the meeting, Mr Idowu urged the Community Leaders to also help reach out to their members at their various Community Development Associations (CDAs) to come for the review of their LASRRA registrations.
On his part, the CDC Chairman, Pastor Ojo Samuel Olasupo, requested possible opportunities where the CDC/CDA members will be given a separate registration machine that will aid the registration of members inside the LASRRA Office.
However, Mr Oladipo Idowu apologised that there are inadequate registration machines, hence, it may not be possible to have a separate registration centre for the CDC/CDA members, but assured the Community Leaders that they would be given preferences during registration.
He then appreciated the CDC Executives for the opportunity given to him to address them.
