THE Executive Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, again extended his philanthropic gestures by presenting cash to two mothers who each delivered triplets at the Alimosho General Hospital, Igando.
Information reaching Alimoshotoday states that the cash support by the council boss is coming barely 72 hours after the mothers delivered their babies, but were subsequently left stranded over their inability to pay the medical bills.
The beneficiaries are the Julius Olawunmi family, living at Suraju street, Abaranje and Turayo Ajibola family, living at Comfort street, Ayobo, Lagos.
The financial assistance will enable them, not only to provide adequately for the infants but also to complete their medical bills so that the mother and newborns can return home.
Akinsanya, who was accompanied on the visit by the Executive Vice-Chairman, Hon. Mojisola Ayinke Badmus and all the Igando-Ikotun LCDA Supervisors said he is determined to transform the lives of women and children in the community, and promised to always see to the welfare of the entire residents of the council area at all times.
