"Today, more than 7 million people suffer from an illicit drug disorder, and one in four deaths result from illicit drug use. More deaths, illnesses and disabilities are associated with drug abuse than any other preventable health condition."

He noted that many people suffering from drug and alcohol addiction also have a higher risk of unintentional injuries and violence.

These drugs include Codeine, Tramadol, Crack, Rohypnol, Cannabis, Skunk and so on.

On menstrual hygiene, Vivian Ngozi, a Psychologist, took on the female students on proper handling of sanitary pads to ensure cleanliness during and after use.

"Learning about menstrual hygiene management helps to ensure cleanliness. Knowing what product or material to use, how often to change it, and having access to wash is very important", she emphasised.

The ambassadors donated items such as sanitary pads and toiletries to the students.
