THE Executive Chairman of Alimosho LGA, Hon. Jelili Adewale Sulaimon has wished the residents of Alimosho a happy weekend while urging them to only try their best as perfection belongs to God.
In a weekend nugget signed by the council boss on Friday, May 6, 2022, he wrote; “When a new week runs out, people unintentionally and unconsciously evaluate themselves.
“They wonder if, by the end of the month, the week's performance will help them achieve their aims.
“My people, you can only try your best. Perfection belongs to God!
“But one thing is sure if you are really hungry for success and the actualisation of your aims at the end of the month, then you have to work harder next week and harder the following week till the month ends.
“People who wonder if the glass is half empty or full miss the point. The glass is refillable. You can always do better next week.
“It's the end of the first week in May.”
