MANCHESTER United shot-stopper, Andre Onana has set an unwanted record in the Premier League by facing 200 shots in a single Premier League season.

The Cameroonian shot-stopper, who joined the Red Devils from Serie A big boys, Inter Milan last summer, has endured a mixed debut campaign at Old Trafford.

The 28-year-old could not keep a clean sheet in yesterday's 3-2 win against Newcastle as he conceded his 58th goal this season in the Premier League in his debut campaign at Manchester United.

The record shows that no Manchester United goalkeeper has ever faced 200 shots in football history as it appears that the recent Manchester United defence has failed to protect their goalpost.

To be fair, this implies that Andre Onana has now made the most saves in the PL with 147 saves but his last clean sheet came all the way back on March 9, in a 2-0 win against Everton.

With Onana's shot-stopping abilities, the former Ajax man will no doubt be looking to bounce back next season, and, hopefully, with a better and more organised defence.
