1.    MONITORING PUBLIC SAFETY: ALIMOSHO DRIVERS, WHERE UNA DEY ALWAYS RUSH GO! 
Among other things we have to put up with, road users must be more careful now than ever. The truth is this; whether you are walking on the road, or standing by the side of the road, nowhere appears to be safe as our drivers seem to have cast all sense of road sanity to the wind.

2.    PHOTOS: STUDENTS OF PHIDEL GROUP OF SCHOOLS, ALIMOSHO EXCEL IN 2023 UTME EXAMINATIONS
As results continue to trickle in, following the conclusion of this year's Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), students of Phidel Group of Schools (Phidel College), a world-class co-educational private school in  Alimosho LGA have continued to maintain the lead.

3.    TRAGEDY AS TRUCK CRUSHES US RETURNEE TO DEATH IN IGANDO
A yet-to-be-identified middle-aged man on Friday, May 5, 2023, met his untimely death after he was crushed by a moving truck along the Isheri-Igando road in the Igando-Ikotun LCDA of Alimosho LGA.

4.    RESIDENTS IN FEAR AS ARMED ROBBERS ATTACK ALIMOSHO COMMUNITY, STEAL VALUABLES
Suspected armed robbers, who specialise in stealing motorcycles, were said to have invaded a community in the Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State, leaving behind tales of woes.

5.    FLOODING:  AKINSANYA BEGINS DESILTING OF DRAINS IN IGANDO-IKOTUN, WARNS AGAINST INDISCRIMINATE DISPOSAL OF REFUSE 
To combat flood in the council area, the Council Mayor, Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, has commenced desilting of drainages across the community while warning residents against the indiscriminate disposal of refuse into drainages.

6.    MAN REMANDED IN PRISON FOR SEXUALLY ABUSING TWO SISTERS IN IJEGUN
A 39-year-old man, Haheed Lawal, has been arrested for allegedly forcing his penis into his neighbour’s 9-year-old girl's mouth and ordering her to suck it to satisfy his sexual desire.
