THE wife of the Executive Chairman of the Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA, Mrs Mariam Famuyiwa, on Thursday, February 23, 2023, led some female members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) party in the council area to the Ikola Market and the Oke-Odo Ultramodern Market to canvass for support and votes for the APC Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Gubernatorial candidate, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Lagos West Senatorial candidate, Dr Idiat Adebule, Federal House of Reps candidate, Hon. Ganiyu Adele Ayuba, LAHA Alimosho Constituency 01 candidate, Hon. Luqman Orelope and other APC candidates ahead of the February 25 and March 11, 2023, general elections.
During the market sensitisation rally, Mrs Famuyiwa extolled the achievements of Asiwaju over the years and the performance of Governor Sanwo-Olu, declaring that voting for Tinubu and Sanwo-Olu will place Lagos State on a better and greater pedestal, thereby creating a better and improved life for Nigerians.
The traders in these markets, who were elated to receive the Chairman’s wife, declared their unalloyed support for APC Candidates across the board, noting that her husband, the Chairman of Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA, Hon. David Famuyiwa is a performing Chairman and a pride to the APC family.
