TOYIN Peppeyo, aka Sisi Alimosho, on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, announced that the Lagos State Government, through the Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA), has said that about 1,108 men have reported being domestically abused in six years.
It was reported that this information was disclosed by the DSVA Executive Secretary, Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, on Thursday, June 1, 2023, during the unveiling of ”The Hidden Crime, Violence Against Men” initiative in Ikeja.

Sisi Alimosho, on her part, said she was excited that men now dare to speak about their experiences with domestic abuse, adding that women are not the only victims of domestic or sexual violence.
“I’m excited that men now dare to speak about their experiences with domestic abuse,” Sisi Alimosho affirms.
