Christian Nwabili, who was in goal when Nigeria played a 1-1 draw against Equatorial Guinea, was not happy with his performance in yesterday's win as he believes he can do better despite keeping a clean sheet.

“No, I’m not happy. I feel I should be doing more for my country, so I don’t feel it was a great game for me or how my game usually is,” he told Soccernet.

“I’m happy for the team’s win, but my performance is unlike me. I want to play the ball more, be more confident, and enjoy myself,” he added.

The Super Eagles win means they move to second on the Group A table with four points, with Equatorial Guinea sitting in first but level on points with the Eagles. Ivory Coast are third with three points, while Guinea Bissau are yet to secure a point.
