The Paris Saint-German team could not make use of their forward, Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe, as they were held to a draw at the opening Champions League fixture.
Owen was not impressed with the performance of the team and he made his opinion known to BT sport
"As much as we drool over them, this PSG team with those forwards, they’re all phenomenal players in their own right,’ Owen said.
"But those three together makes it weaker for me and I don’t really understand why they’re one of the favourites for it. I think the English teams are far, far superior."
PSG will return to action on Saturday against Lyon for their next League game.
