LIVERPOOL Manager, Jurgen Klopp, has confirmed that Harvey Elliot will undergo surgery on his dislocated ankle today.
Elliot was stretched out of the game against Leeds United after a tackle from Pascal Struijk which led to an ankle injury.
Klopp said: 'I spoke to him the night after the game and he was in the best possible place.
'He'd already accepted he'd be out for a while and today, he is in London and will have the surgery today. That's obviously the next step on the way back. We wait for the news and that's it.'
Liverpool went ahead to win the game 3-0 against Leeds United which saw Salah hit the 100 premier league goals target.
