VIDEO game developer, EA Sports has predicted that Lionel Messi's Argentina will win the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, by defeating Brazil in the finals.
The popular game developer company simulated as they have done in previous World Cup competitions, which include South Africa 2010, Brazil 2014, and the Russia 2018 World Cup.
In previous years, EA Sports accurately predicted the winners of the edition as they predicted Spain to emerge champions in South Africa in 2010, Germany to win Brazil in 2014, and also successfully picked France as the winners of Russia in 2018.
In the simulation carried out, EA sport predicted that Argentina in Group C would defeat Denmark in the round of 16, Holland in the quarter-finals, and France in the semi-final, before taking down Brazil in the final.
They also predicted that Lionel Messi will win the golden ball of Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup, as well as the golden boot with eight goals in seven matches on their journey to the country's 3rd World Cup trophy.
