CHELSEA is reportedly in talks to bring Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen, to the Premier League after letting Romelu Lukaku return to Inter Milan on a season long loan.
With attention increasing daily, the Super Eagles' No.9 Victor Osimhen is among the most wanted player in the summer transfer window with links to Arsenal and Newcastle United already established.
Chelsea has now joined the raise and now stand a better option of bringing Osimhen to the Premier League. The Blues were left with no choice but to allow Romelu Lukaku return to Inter Milan on a season long loan after the Belgium international pushed for the move.
With the 2022/23 season set to commence in August, Chelsea is hoping to count on the service of the Nigerian who had scored 15 goals in 28 league appearances for Napoli last season.
Osimhen on his own part would be excited on the news of the possibility of linking up with the likes of Mason Mount, Kai Harvetz at Stamford Bridge and most importantly, a Champions League football opportunity something Arsenal and Newcastle can't offer him.
