ARSENAL is now looking to bring Nigeria forward, Victor Osimhen, to the Emirate stadium after failing to sign Dusan Vlahovic this January.
Arsenal is not willing to let January 2022 transfer window go to waste in their search for a new striker. The club had shown interest in Fiorentina striker, Dusan Vlahovic who is now set to join Juventus instead, and have now turned attention to other strikers.
The likes of Alexander Isak, Calvert Lewins have been on the radar for the club, but recent report have indicated that Arsenal is considering moving for Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen, who has scored 9 goals in 18 games for Napoli this season, is set to be worth a little above €70Million which does not look like a problem to Arsenal, after all, they were willing to splash €73Million on Vlahovic.
With the January transfer window about to close in a few days, it is going to take a miracle for the Gunners to land the 23 year old Nigeria forward should he agree to join them.
