Mosan-Okunola LCDA holds Year 2022 budget retreat

Council Mayor charges Heads of departments to gear up their ways of operation to enable recover all necessary taxes and rates meant for the council.

THE Mosan-Okunola Local Council Development Area has held its Year 2022 bugdet retreat christened "Budget of Sustainability".

The retreat was held on 9th-11th, February, 2022 at Dees Apartments and Hotels, Ajao Estate, Lagos.

During the retreat, the Executive Chairman of Mosan-Okunola LCDA, Hon. (Princess) Olabisi Adebajo charged the Heads of departments to gear up their ways of operation to enable recover all necessary taxes and rates meant for the council. 

In her remarks, Adebajo also noted that in achieving set objectives, she believes she has capable hands that have the professional competence to make things happen.

Mr. Oyefolu. R.A, the Head of Department of Budget, Planning, Research and Statistics of Mosan-Okunola LCDA in his speech, reinstated that the Budget Retreat is typically designed and organised specifically to facilitate concentrated discussion, dialogue and strategic thinking on how to move forward our Departments/Units and the communities of our great LCDA.

"It's on this note I implore you all to contribute effectively as issues discussed here would have a significant impact on the people of Mosan-Okunola LCDA" he said.

Council Manger, Prince Adeeso Adedoyin while giving the closing remark also implored all heads to put in their possible best this year. He also assured the Executive Chairman of a change of work mode this time around.

In attendance is the Vice Chairman, Hon. Dayo Osinowo; Chief of Staff, Mr. Taofik Lawal, Staff members of Planning, Budget, Research & Statistics and Publicity Unit.
