THE Executive Chairman of the Mosan-Okunola LCDA, Hon. Princess Olabisi Adebajo has celebrated the Muslim faithful in the council area as they celebrate the Year 2024 Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
Her goodwill message on Wednesday, April 10, 2034, read: “I felicitate with the Muslim faithful on this auspicious occasion of this year's Eid celebration.
“It is a day to be grateful to Allah for His blessings. On this Holy Festive day marking the end of Ramadan, wishing you a day filled with lots of happy moments, a day of rejoicing and bliss; a day of blessing and peace; a day to reflect and ponder; and a day to celebrate together.
“May the good times and treasures of the present become the golden memories of tomorrow.
“I'm using this medium to appreciate our traditional rulers, community and religious leaders, as well as the entire residents of our noble LCDA for their continued support and cooperation to our administration.
“I pray for a hitch-free and peaceful Eid celebration as the day is meant to multiply good deeds by bringing happiness and pleasure to the hearts of other Muslims by helping and supporting the poor and needy, and by getting involved in pastimes that emphasise the strong and serious Islamic character.
