MASS metering has begun in Abesan Estate in Alimosho Local Government, Lagos State.
This was announced by the Abesan Estate Residents' Association.
The statement, which was posted on the association's official Facebook page, reads: "It has never been done anywhere in Nigeria since the prepaid Meter was introduced.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the advantage of electing visionary and purposeful leaders into office...
"This morning, Mass Metering started in Abesan Estate."
