His good tidings message to the residents of the council area on Wednesday, February 01, 2023, reads; “I welcome you all to the month of February. May the new month be one of the most blessed and happy months for us all.
“This beautiful month, may His shining light, lights up every dark corner of our life. May all our prejudices against each other disappear and may Almighty Allah give us the strength to follow His orders.
“Happy New Month.”
