IN preparation for the forthcoming 2023 general elections in Nigeria, the Branch Chairman of the Tricycle Operators and Drivers' Association of Nigeria (TODAN) in the Igando/Egan area of Igando-Ikotun Local Council Development Area, Alimosho Federal Constituency, Chief Ishau Kimishe (Agba Akin), has donated campaign materials to the All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives Candidate, Alimosho Federal Constituency, Hon. (Barr.) Ganiyu Adele Ayuba (Mayor KK).
While delivering the materials yesterday, Monday, October 17, 2022, Chief Kimishe said, "Hon. Ayuba is my good brother and a friend to everyone and he has proven over time that leadership and governance are about human capacity development as well as rendering essential services to the people.
"He is accessible and he listens to people. He was instrumental to the various levels of development in my home town, Akesan, Lagos State, even before he was appointed as a Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Urban Development.
“He facilitated the ongoing construction of the Old Obadore Road in Akesan Town by the Lagos State Government, as well as a Primary Health Centre (PHC) in the same area. He also facilitated the employment, into public service, of so many people and empowerment programmes that is benefitting his constituents.
"If given the opportunity to represent us in Abuja, he will surely do better for the people."
Expressing his utmost gratitude to the donor and everyone who has contributed to his campaign, Ayuba declared that his mission in the Green Chamber is to raise the bar of governance and drive more developments to the Alimosho Federal Constituency.
