THE Executive Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, and the Vice-Chairman, Hon. Mojisola Badmus, have been honoured with prestigious leadership awards by the Wazobia Extra in recognition of their exemplary dedication to upholding transparency, integrity, and accountability in governance. 
During the presentation of the awards at the Chairman’s office in the council secretariat recently, Akinsanya expressed his gratitude to Wazobia Extra, emphasising the importance of collective action in combating corruption and fostering sustainable development in the community.
He reiterated his commitment to continually championing initiatives aimed at promoting ethical standards, strengthening institutional frameworks, and empowering citizens to actively participate in the democratic process.
He added that the recognition serves as a source of inspiration and motivation to redouble efforts in building a more just and equitable society.
