THE Ijegun Central Mosque in the Igando-Ikotun LCDA has awarded the Executive Chairman of the council area, Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde and his Vice-Chairman, Hon. Mojisola Ayinke Badmus with prestigious awards to recognize their outstanding contribution towards the promotion of Islam and their outstanding development of the Igando-Ikotun community.
The awards, which were presented to Hon. Mojisola Ayinke Badmus in the late hours of Sunday, November 27, 2022, during the mosque’s awards ceremony, attracted a galaxy of prominent personalities and members of the general public.
Receiving the award, Mojisola thanked the organizers of the award ceremony for the confidence and respect they reposed in the administration and for considering them for such a prestigious Islamic award.
She then reiterated the administration’s promise to continue supporting the Ijegun Central Mosque, while also urging them to vote for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as the next Nigerian President and all other APC party candidates in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
