IN a bid to facilitate effective healthcare delivery in the council area, the Executive Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Lasisi Ayinde Akinsanya, on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, led members of the Lagos State House of Assembly Committee on Health on an inspection tour of the Primary Health Centres in the LCDA.
This was made known in a statement signed by Comrade Oseni, the Media Aide to the Igando-Ikotun LCDA Council Chairman.
During the tour, the Committee inspected all facilities in the Primary Health Centres under the Igando-Ikotun LCDA.
The Committee members were pleased with the facilities they saw during the visit and commended the local government for its efforts in providing quality healthcare services to the people of the council area. They also promised to continue to support the Local government in achieving its objectives of improving the quality of life for its citizens.
Akinsanya, on his part, appreciated the Committee for their visit, adding that his administration is committed to improving the quality and standard of health service delivery in all the PHCs in the council.
