Akinsanya commences road grading in Igando-Ikotun

THE Executive Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, has commenced the grading of roads across the seven wards of the LCDA to restore a good driving surface both in streets and lanes.

The Chairman, who made this disclosure while addressing pressmen in his office in Ikotun, reiterated his commitment to the well-being of Igando-Ikotun residents, emphasizing that the welfare of the people is his priority. As such, he would work to ensure that his impact is visible in the infrastructure development of Igando-Ikotun. 8669

Comrade Akinsanya further assured the people of the council area that his administration would ensure an upward thrust in the development of the LCDA in all spheres, with a particular focus on security and environmental sanitation.

According to him, “Security personnel have been deployed to strategic locations within the Local Council Development Area to ensure the safety of the people and orderliness within the locality.”8668

Some of the streets graded include Ashafa Street, Ikotun; Akinjobi Street, Ikotun; Fehintola Street, Ikotun; El-Bethel Street, Governor Road; Jesus Power Street, Governor Road; Obalabi Street, Governor Road; Abigail Ogunlolu Street, Governor Road; Gabriel Adeyemi Street, Governor Road; Abeokuta Street, Abaranje; Olaoluwa Street, Abaranje; and K & S Street Abaranje.
