MULTIPLE award-winning Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced that a new series about his life will be released on the global streaming platform Netflix.
The artiste, who recently released his album titled Timeless, revealed that the series, which is a documentary, will be titled David and will focus on his life.
Speaking in an interview session with a Dubai-based media house, Esquire Middle East, Davido made it known that the series will premiere in December.
He said, “I have a movie coming out in December with Netflix. It’s very, very big. This is the first time I’ve said anything about it, actually. It’s a documentary-a docu-series about my life called David. I shouldn’t be talking about this.”
Netflix is one of the biggest movie and series streaming and downloading platforms that has helped showcase a lot of movies, especially in Africa and Nigeria.
