A Magistrate Court sitting in the Yaba area of Lagos State has remanded Azeez Fashola, aka Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, aka Sam Larry, in police custody over the death of singer and ex-signee of the Marlians Records, llerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad.
Media reports state that at the court on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, the Lagos State Police Command requested that Naira Marley and Sam Larry be remanded for 30 days pending the completion of their investigation.
However, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled that Fashola and Eletu be remanded for just 21 days.
