A Real Estate Company, Finngreyproject has donated food items to Little Saint Orphanage Home, in the Egbeda axis of Lagos State.

Its Managing Director, Olabisi Shaola, who led some management staff of the company to the orphanage said the donation was part of the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility to the less privileged in society.

“We are doing this as a means of encouraging other organisations to give back to society. This wouldn’t be our last visit to this place. Aside from this project, we are also planning to feed more less privileged people in the weeks to come. We are here to lavish attention, support and love to the kids and I'm happy we met them in good condition,” she declared.

Shaola said the government alone cannot solve the problem of society, especially of the less privileged.

Tina Odiong, the administrator of the orphanage, while thanking the group for the donation, said the children would forever be grateful for the donations.

Mrs Odiong said the orphanage has grown over time with branches in other states of the country and children from the homes playing important roles within and outside the country.

She started, for instance, that some of those who left the orphanage for America are doing very well in the US Army.

To ensure good education and better tomorrow for them, she said children of the orphanage attend private institutions from primary school to university level and that two of them are in the UK writing their Masters programme examinations very soon.
