A property development and management firm, N3 Properties Ltd, has won the bid to build affordable homes on behalf of the National Hajj Commission, which will seat on over seven acres of land at Akowonjo, in the Egbeda-Akowonjo LCDA of Alimosho LGA, and Ikeja, Lagos State and over 10 acres in Ilorin, Kwara State.
According to media reports, amenities in the NAHCON homes will include a standard swimming pool, standard mosque, school, CCTV surveillance, hospital, recreational hall/ centres, and a green area to add value to customers’ demand in modern housing needs.

The NAHCON Homes groundbreaking ceremony will come up next month in Lagos, and the project is expected to kick off immediately as buyers are already buying into it on an off-plan basis.
The ceremony will have top management of NAHCON, captains of industry, Muslim communities, top media executives, politicians, real estate gurus, and experts from around the country.
