Baale of Okunola celebrates 16th coronation anniversary

Comrade Oyejobi Olakunle, Special Assistant to the Egbe-Idimu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) made this known in a statement. 

Oyejobi stated that the Chairman of Aro Chieftancy Family, Okunola, in the person of Hon. Chief Nurudeen Adeyemi (Orungbuwa of Idimu Kingdom) also rejoiced with the entire family and assured that the week-long event has been scheduled to showcase traditional rites and conferment of chieftaincy titles.

He also stated that a Jumat Prayer will be held to round off the event.

The 16th-year coronation anniversary of the Baale of Okunola land commenced yesterday with words of prayer at the African Church, Ebenezer Parish, Okunola.

The prayer was led by Canon. T. A. Dada and the priest prayed for the development, progress and unity of Okunola community.

He also urged the populace to continue supporting the Baale with their prayers in all their various dealings.

He prayed for the longevity of life, sound health and enormous wealth for the entire indigenes and residents of Okunola Community.
