A fight which broke out early this morning at Iyana-Iba in the Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State has been said to have left one person dead.
An eyewitness who spoke to Alimoshotoday and refused to mention his name reiterated that people are scampering for safety as the area is currently in turmoil. He added that an 'agbero' killed a soldier, but he could not stay in the area any longer out of fear for his life.
Another report suggests that the ongoing fracas is a result of a supremacy battle between men of the Nigeria Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW). The incident has led to a closure of a part of the road.
