1.  LAGOS POLICE ARRESTS KIDNAPPERS IN IKOTUN8704
The Lagos State Police Command has revealed that two suspected kidnappers have been arrested by the Ikotun Police Division for allegedly kidnapping a female secondary school student in the Ikotun area of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA of Alimosho LGA.

2.  REPS MOVE TO STOP SPORTS BETTING IN NIGERIA8682
The Federal House of Representatives has made a move to stop sports betting in the country while urging the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) to comply with the Lottery Regulatory Commission Act of 2005. Reports suggest that approximately 60 million Nigerians aged between 18 and 40 engage in sports betting.

3.  LASG TO RELOCATE COMPUTER VILLAGE TO KATANGUA8679
The Lagos State Government, under the leadership of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has announced plans to relocate the Computer Village from Ikeja to Katangua in the Abule-Egba area of the Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA of the Alimosho LGA.

4.  “I AND MY OTHER COLLEAGUES MAKE N250,000 EVERY WEEK” LASTMA IMPERSONATOR8650
Operatives of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) have apprehended a suspected serial impersonator, Femi Adegbemi, for impersonating LASTMA officials and collecting N140,000 from owners of vehicles impounded over traffic infractions. LASTMA officials arrested the suspect following complaints by owners of impounded and ticketed inter-state commercial buses around Moshalasi by the Alaka area of Surulere.
