AFROVANGUARD, a non-profit organisation domiciled in Alimosho, has called for volunteers to partake in the activities lined up for their ongoing School Storm initiative targeted at public schools in Alimosho.
Information reaching Alimoshotoday states that the School Storm initiative is part of the Organisation’s Street to Stardom programme, targeted at empowering community kids with needed sustainable skills.
Volunteers are needed to visit select schools on Wednesday, May 10 and Thursday, May 11, 2023. They will be required to fulfil tasks like donation, counselling, photography, video coverage, sharing of flyers, refreshment for volunteers, sharing gifts to students, and raising placards.
Volunteers are to be dressed in a T-shirt, tag, and trainers. The meeting point is Goodtimes Restaurant and the meeting time is 7 am.
