Lagos commercial drivers, under the aegis of the Joint Drivers Welfare Association of Nigeria (JDWAN), have threatened a boycott of roads from Monday, October 31, 2022, over alleged extortion by motor parks and garage management bodies.
2. SANWO-OLU VOWS TO FUND ALIMOSHO AFA GRADUATES, OTHERS
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has promised to support the 890 graduate trainees of the Africa Film Academy (AFA) with grants to support the remarkable film production concept they came up with through the Lagos State Film Fund.

5. 22 YEARS AFTER, LASG PROMISES COMPLETION OF EGAN-IGANDO HOUSING SCHEME
The Lagos State Government had declared that the Egan-Igando Housing Scheme, in the Igando-Ikotun LCDA of the Alimosho Local Government area of the state, which had dragged over 22 years, has reached 90 per cent completion and would be ready for habitation soon.
