TOTTENHAM has agreed to sign Everton forward, Richarlison, for a fee in the region of £60M.

At first, Tottenham offered £40m on Wednesday for the Brazilian forward, but was rejected by Everton's chairman, Bill Kenwright.

Spurs, who was desperate to bring the player to North London, eventually returned and both parties agreed on a fee of £60m, with an initial £50m to be paid and £10m in add-ons.

It has been said also that Everton was still not that happy with the  overall fee of  £60m, but had no choice than to accept the fee before the June 30 deadline to ensure Frank Lampard has  room in the transfer market.

The player, who will be undergoing his medicals in Brazil, will become Tottenham's fourth summer signing after Fraser Forster, Ivan Perisic and Yves Bissouma.

The 25 years old  joined from Watford in July 2018 bagging 53 goals in 152 appearances in all competitions across the 4 season he spent at the club.
