SUPER Eagles of Nigeria winger, Samuel Chukwueze, has joined Serie A club, AC Milan on a five-year contract from Villareal.
The seven times European champions paid the Yellow Submarine €20m plus €8m in add-ons to secure the services of the 24 years old ahead of the forthcoming season and beyond.
Samuel Chukwueze, who was voted the Best African Player in La Liga last season, helped Villareal to a fifth-place finish, securing Europa League competition ahead of next season.
AC Milan Manager, Stefano Pioli, is excited to welcome the Nigerian international as he wants to get to work immediately with the speedy winger.
"We had talked to each other a couple of times; we were looking for a player with these characteristics. He’s fast, technical, strong in one-on-one, and he attacks deep.
"He seems like a complete winger to me, but until I train with him, I can’t tell,” he said after a friendly against Serie A rivals, Juventus.
