REAL Madrid has failed to sign Kylian Mbappe from PSG this summer, but instead, opted for a pre-contract agreement in January.

Real Madrid during the last weeks of the transfer window submitted 3 different bids for the 22 years old which PSG rejected. The club even submitting a €220M bait in the last few hours to the end of the window which the PSG again rejected.

Still, the Frenchman has made his opinion known to the club that he will not be extending his contract with PSG; this means Mbappe will now spend at least the first half of the season at the Parc des Princes, where he is expected to play alongside Lionel Messi.

Real Madrid will then have to wait to present a pre-contract agreement in January to the forward who has an overall tally for PSG with 135 goals and 63 assists in 175 appearances which could see him leave for free.
