REAL MADRID is interested in a move for Leicester City midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Los Blancos considers the 24-year-old as the long-term heir to Casemiro in their midfield. Ndidi was signed by Leicester to replace N’Golo Kante when he was poached by Chelsea in 2016. Since then, he has become a fixture in their midfield and developed a name as one of the best ball-winners in the Premier League.
This move would cost Madrid in the region of €60 million but its not the only club in need of his services.
Manchester United is said to also be monitoring Wilfred closely, viewing him as the man to plug their porous midfield. The club is also very keen on him that it may move for him in January 2022, trying to beat Real Madrid to his signature in the process.
