BARCELONA forward, Philippe Coutinho has shown full support for the newly appointed manager, Xavi Hernandez, in order for him to succeed at the club.
Xavi was presented as the new Barcelona manager yesterday, November 8, 2021, at Camp Nou with more than 25,000 supporters present to welcome their club legend back to the club.
Coutinho, who joined Barcelona from Liverpool in 2018 believes that Xavi could turn things around by taking the club back to its glory days.
“I know that he is a great guy. I am sure he will do a great job at Barcelona.
“I hope that he can have a lot of success with the group that we have. He did a great job in Qatar.”
Xavi, during his time as a manager at Qatar club Al sadd won the Qatar star league and the Qatar cup.
