THE English Premier League will see one of the biggest games of the season take place on Saturday when Liverpool will host Arsenal at the noisy Anfield stadium.
Liverpool’s defender and captain has predicted that the match will be a tough one as he expects the Gunners to give them a hard time but remains positive that they will come out victorious.
“I think they are very good and we have to be very good as well at the weekend to win the game. But I love to look at my own team and I love to look at what we can bring to the table, and we have a lot to do as well and we can make it very difficult for them too.
“I have got massive respect for them. But I want to win the game and we will do everything in our power and my power to do so,” the Netherlands defender said.
Jurgen Klopp’s side currently sits in second position on the Premier League table with a point behind leaders, Arsenal, which means whoever wins the game tops the table going into Christmas.
