BARCELONA president, Joan Laporta, insisted that winger Ousmane Dembele is better than PSG's Kylian Mbappe.
The president made this bold claim when speaking with TV3 on Ousmane Dembele contract situation at the club.
Barcelona had offered Dembele a new contract, but it seems the French man is taking his time to try and sieve out a better opportunity with interest from Manchester United and Newcastle.
"We have a very good relationship with Dembele and he wants to stay,' Laporta told TV3.
"We also want him to stay because he's a great player.
'These situations need negotiations with representatives who want the best for the player. I'm enthusiastic about Dembele. He's a better player than Kylian Mbappe'.
Kylian Mbappe on the other hand is often regarded as one of the best current player in the world with the PSG forward ranked 9th in the Ballon D Or men ranking.
