FORMER Arsenal and Barcelona player and 2021 Premier League Hall of Fame inductee, Thierry Henry, has named his favourite players to win the Ballon D Or Award this year.
Henry who was a sport pundit as Real madrid took out Manchester City yesterday at the Champions League semi-final spoke after the game noting that the Champions League final will play a big role in deciding who could secure the Ballon D Or Award.

"The thing about the final – and to make it even bigger – the two favourites for the Ballon d’Or are Mane and Benzema,” Henry claimed.
"So that will add an extra little spice into it. I still believe that Benzema is ahead, but if Mane wins it with Liverpool and they do make the quadruple, that’s a pretty strong case. And it will be great for Africa but I’m still going for Benzema.”
The Champions League final has been set as Liverpool will go head to head with Real Madrid at the Final in Stade de France, Saint-Denin.
