CHELSEA are going all out for striker, Victor Osimhen, and has offered to pay a €60M transfer fee and offer two players for the Nigerian's service.
The Blues are reportedly ready to offer Romelu Lukaku and Cesare Casadei as part of a package deal to lower the cost of Nigeria and Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen.
Victor Osimhen is becoming frustrated over how slow things are going as despite interest from other top clubs, nobody is willing to pay the €130M price tag on him.
The fee is considered far too high by the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid, who instead looked at other targets.
Chelsea has decided to go for him and is willing to give them Belgium striker, Romelu Lukaku, who fortunately is highly wanted by Napoli's new boss, Antonio Conte.
Napoli's decision remains unknown but the team would be open to negotiations with Chelsea in the next couple of weeks.
