BARCELONA representatives are moving fast to finalise Xavi Hernandez's appointment as manager before the end of the week.
The club had fired Dutch head coach, Ronald Koeman, last week after a run of poor results, and for the main time appointed B-Team coach, Sergi Barjuan, as an interim replacement.
Xavi who is a Barcelona legend and still a manager at the Qatari team, Al -sadd, has already agreed to personal terms with Barcelona over the week.
Barcelona vice-president, Rafa Yuste, and the director of football, Mateu Alemany, have already travelled down to Qatar to negotiate with the club over the next few days to finalise Xavi's exit.
If things go according to plan, Barcelona will have Xavi in charge of the club after the international break.
