ARSENAL has been handed a major transfer boost over Renato Sanchez after he admitted he is open for a move away from France.

Renato Sanchez who plays for France club Lille has been linked to Arsenal recently with reports suggesting that a move could be made possible in January 2022.

The 24-year-old was on Arsenal's radar last summer but could not agree on a deal of £30Million as Arsenal expected a lesser price tag.

Now, another opportunity lies on the Gunners' door after Sanchez made it clear he is open for a move to Arsenal and also Ac Milan.

“Who is interested in me? Maybe Milan and Arsenal are interested, but I don’t know. I talked to my agent, I know which clubs are calling and which are not, but now I can’t tell. But I know I’m ready. If it happens, I’ll see what’s best for me,” he told L'Equipe, via MilanNews.

“Milan? It’s a great club, a historic club. The class. I like it. I was supposed to go to Barcelona in the summer, then my injury blew everything up. Leave in January? I know I’m ready. If an offer comes in.” Sanchez added.

The Portuguese footballer won the prestigious Golden boy award in 2016.
