ALEX Iwobi seems to have found his rhythm at Fulham as he scored a brace in the club's 5-0 win against Nottingham Forest in a Premier League fixture yesterday.

The playmaker ran riot as he and Raul Jimenez netted a brace each to inspire the Cottagers to a resounding 5-0 victory against Forest on Wednesday night.

Super Eagles of Nigeria defender, Ola Aina, who played as right back for Forest, was on the receiving side as he could do nothing to prevent his countryman, Alex Iwobi, from putting two goals into the net.

Iwobi opened the score sheet after 30 minutes of play before Raul Jimenez netted the second and third goal to take the score to 3-0. Iwobi again found the back of the net 16 minutes from time before Tom Cairney put in a fifth.

Taiwo Awoniyi, unfortunately, couldn’t do anything for Forest as he was out due to injury, which saw Fulham rise to 12th while the visitors are 16th on the PL table.

Hopefully, Alex Iwobi, Taiwo Awoniyi, and Ola Aina are expected to make the list of players that will represent the Super Eagles of Nigeria in January 2024 for the AFCON tournament.
