Gabriel Martinelli opened the scoring for Arsenal in the 20th minute, but British-Nigerian, Gabriel Osho restored balance five minutes later. Gabriel Jesus placed a perfect header into the net just before half-time as the Gunners went 2-1 up into the break.

Luton didn't come to play as they again levelled things up through Elijah Adebayo in the 49th minute before former Chelsea midfielder, Ross Barkley sent the hosts up front for the first time in the game.

Arsenal were not giving up easily as Kai Harvetz found Gabriel Jesus pass and placed the ball into the net to level things out before Declan Rice rose high to head in a Martin Odegaard cross in the 97th minute to ensure the Gunners stayed top of the table for another week.

Surprisingly, all three goals scored by Luton Town came from footballers of Nigerian descent, but it wasn’t enough to hold the Gunners from firing four goals straight at them.
